Bill Auriemma
President & CEO

Bill is President and CEO at Diversified CPC International, the leading manufacturer and distributor of liquefied gas aerosol propellants and foam blowing agents in North America. Bill began his career in our aerosol industry in 1977 as sales rep for National Can Company in Los Angeles, CA. He joined DCPC in 1980 in Chicago and has served on numerous industry associations. Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from St. Norbert College and is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

William A. Frauenheim, III
Vice President - Operations

Bill is responsible for the operations of Diversified CPC's processing facilities. Bill has twenty-six years experience in the aerosol industry both in propellant manufacturing and in contract packaging of aerosol products. Bill has presented numerous lectures and seminars on liquefied gas storage and handling systems in North America and Asia. Bill is active on several CSPA committees; currently serving as 1st Vice Chair of the Aerosol Division Executive Board, immediate past chairman of the Aerosol Manufacturing and Storage Standards Committee, and a member of the International Harmonization, and Atmospheric Policy committees. Bill worked with the NFPA 30B committee that wrote the original edition of NFPA 30B, Code for the Manufacture and Storage of Aerosol Products, and currently serves as a principal voting member on the NFPA 30B Committee on Aerosol Products. Bill was responsible for overseeing the construction of an aerosol propellant processing facility in Shanghai, China. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Penn State University, and performed graduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the Midwest College of Engineering and the Illinois Institute of Technology.

George K. Sehringer
Vice President - Sales & Marketing

George has been with Diversified CPC since 1991 and has worked in the aerosol industry since 1982. His responsibilities include domestic and international sales, marketing, and advertising. His extensive experience in the aerosol industry includes aerosol valves, aerosol overcaps, and contract aerosol and liquid packaging. George has presented numerous lectures and seminars, and is active in several trade associations, including the CSPA, NAA, EAA, SATA, MAA, and WAIB. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and lives in Bay Village, Ohio with his wife and two children.

Paul Caponigri
Vice President - Finance and Administration

Paul Caponigri joined Diversified CPC in 1998. He is responsible for all financial and back office matters. Paul has over 20 years of experience in auditing, distribution and manufacturing. He holds his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Dominican University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Roosevelt University. Paul also serves on the board of the Alzheimer's Associations - Greater Illinois Chapter.

William E. Madigan
Vice President - Corporate and Technical Services

Bill Madigan joined Diversified CPC in 1986. He is responsible for new business development, statutory & regulatory compliance along with continued responsibility for all quality programs and technology for all Diversified CPC facilities. Bill has over 20 years of experience in propellant manufacturing, and quality assurance, and is a senior member of the American Society for Quality and American Chemical Society. Bill holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Purdue University.
